I have two kicker l7 12s wired to 2ohms 1500rms 3000watts...what amp alternator do they require? Also do I need a second battery? When I do make power upgrades,do I have to turn my gain up after? Or will they hit harder with where the gain is already set at?
Your stock alternator should be fine. I'd just throw an optima yellow top batter under the hood. As long as you don't have it cranked up for hours at a time you'll be alright
