thanks amaida solved I was reading the last four of the serial as4583 but under a magnifier it was 4563 also it looks like a five preset but your code given was for a six preset so I entered 4563 5 digit 6 preset returning 63336 working thank you for your input I will be on the site learning and helping thanks
