2002 BMW Z3 Radio Code

Dealership gave me the code 61211 but it does not work. Am I suppose to push something after I put in the code to activate it? Radio info: 6512-6 909 884 BP0273 2 9968505 FD102 Index 45 7 640 273 342 Have verified radio is set to USA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The manual says I should have a five digit code and the radio has a place for five code digits. Can anyone help? The manual also says to push > after the code is entered.
