What is the best way to wire an old Punch 45.2 amp to a new Polk Audio DXi 104 DVC dual 4ohm 10in subwoofer? I've read a few ways to do it, but just wasn't sure about my situation since it is an OG Punch 45.2 amp and a new DVC 10in sub. Is the best way doing a + to + and - to - on the (DVC) speaker and then going from the speaker +/- (one side) to the amp's +/- on 1 channel? Or is it suppose to be + on 1 amp ch and - on the 2nd channel? Any helpful feedback is greatly appreciated. thanks.

Left channel to one coil right to the other, and that to a mono sub output from the head unit.
