I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section. I am having trouble finding a camera solution that fits the specs I need. My company needs PTZ cameras for subject monitoring in labs. The camera must be able to function when mounted or just on a desktop. The camera must have analog video and control over ethernet. Now here is the tricky part, it must be virtually silent when in motion (panning, tilting and zooming). If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
