1. the capacitor won't help. they never do.
2. an ATX power supply for a computer is not designed for sustained high current and will most likely cause a house fire.
3. trying to use two power supplies in parallel will guarantee the house fire.

google for "12 volt high current 120VAC power supply" and find the right tool for the job.

So you also want to do the the ATX power supply...

If you don't know what you are doing...exactly... just sell that low quality Boss amplifier that will fail on its own sooner rather than later anyways and get some used home/pro amp.. best thing you can do.

Although it may be extremely expensive (probably on the amp cost range) a ProPerlY chosen power supply like the type Glasswolf suggests above may be next best..

If you choose to go ahead with the PC power supply idea something like this single power supply may suffice (low cost low quality PS will NOT do):

You would need to join all yellow 12V lines into a single line and all ground black lines also into one line. Put the cap to use, will help protect a bit the power supply.

How about the qaulity of Boss CW1000 Chaos Wired 2000 Watts? What recommend me for the power supply? What if i used bigger capacitor like 5 farad this can help the power supply? Then i adding the transistors in parallel inside can help to reduce heat so that prevent over heating..thanks.

This is what you need:
http://www.cascadeaudio.com/power_converters/power_converters.htm
see the APS100 model at the bottom of the page. That's a 100A model @ 13.4VDC, so 1340 watts output, which will be lowered by your amplifier efficiency at the speaker output side of the amp.

Capacitors are a marketing gimmick. They don't "add" power to anything. See these links:

Ryanjohnm forget about all those ideas now..seriously...

Forget about Boss power rating also...if your amp has two 45A fuses I think it will take up about 80A at most @13.4V probably less @12V.

That amp is $160-$170 it just doesn't make sense to get a $400-$450 power supply for that amp.

I would really think about if it is even worth paying $150-$160 for a PC power supply (or a set of them) to drive that junk amp (sorry!).

honestly, sell the BOss amp and just buy a used AV receiver and a home theater subwoofer.

I just picked up a Sunfire True Subwoofer Mk II at a local thrift store used, myself. It uses a single 10" driver with a matching 10" passive radiator, and has a 2700 watt amp built into it. The whole thing is 11" cubed, and it hits so hard it knocks things off the walls, and can be felt on the other side of the house.

I also don't fear catching my house on fire when I use it.

The LPS2500 and some nice speakers could really shake stuff around all day long. That Boss amp will just burn itself after a half hour of driving it at rated, likely it will take the speakers with it before dying.
