Hi guys and girls, I'm a newbie to this forum and was told about it by a friend, I recently got a vauxhall corsa which had an iffy battery, this was changed today by a mechanic but the radio is now asking for a code? This doesn't seem to be anywhere in any handbooks that i got with the car and the mechanic told me i needed the serial number of the unit which would be stamped on the back of the unit. He had nothing to release the unit so a quick trip to halfords and £10 lighter I have the serial number, vauxhall want £35 for the code which for a student is nearly 3 weeks of pot noodles and red bull! can anyone help me please as i'm no paveroti and am fed up with my singing voice, as simon cowell would say 'its a no for me'.
