I have two Audiobahn AW1000Q subs. They are 4ohm DVC. Can they be wired down to run at 1ohm? I have an Autotek MX-500 amp that is 1ohm stable, so that is not a problem. I'm kinda new at this, so any help you guys could give would be greatly appreciated.

You can get a 1-ohm mono load but your amp is not stable at 1-ohm mono.
Run it at 2-ohm stereo...it's plenty of power. Just take one sub and connect the (+) terminals together. Then connect the (-) terminals together. Now connect your leads to either (+) and either (-)...each sub is 2-ohm.
