HONDA radios are made by the following manufacturers
The only Honda radio codes that are available to be calculated for free from anywhere on the Internet will be radios made by
BLAUPUNKT. These will have a Serial Number beginning with BP and another number beginning with 7 *** *** *** found on a label on the radio casing
UNFORTUNATELY ... NO OTHERS !

If you can supply all the correct details, then they will be able to supply your code for free.
Otherwise you will have to try your HONDA Main Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service who will plug it into a laptop and electronically read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
Hi, I bought a Smart Passion cabriolet & the seller re-installed the original Smart Grundig Radio Cassette which is now in "safe" locked out mode. The serial number is MC761021092150. Thanks in advance of any help with the unlock code.
Unfortunately, i'm not the original owner, that's why i don't have data as email, phone number, etc, that matches with VIN and serial # of radio. So, i better, will put another cd player with mp3 or dvd.
