Hi,

I've just replaced the alternator on my Clio and I need to put the radio
code in, but the guy who sold the car to me didn't give me the code and
there's no way to contact him now. Can someone help me?

Here's the info:
Model number: 22DC278/62B
T0Q400
RN278F20159023
Product number FD0202110159023
Serial number: 8200057681TQ400

Thanks a lot,
Dan

@Mirel
When you make a post on any forum, in whatever thread, that post and thread will appear at the top of the section.

If you read the forum rules prior to posting , and all forums have them, you would have learnt this.

Your question will be answered when a volunteer, who has the facility, especially in the case of radio codes come online.

It is not an immediate service (commercial online websites who like debit cards provide this), it's members voluntarily helping each other out.

Acknowledge that you've read this , come back, and your code will be waiting.

I admit, I have not read the rules but it makes sense.
I apologize again for spamming the forum, but my intention wasn't to do so.
Thank you for taking your time to point this out and not banning me altogether.

Hi Mirel

Try code 9584.

I think you're getting the hang of it now... Forums are a great idea, not just for radio codes. It's just ordinary folks helping each other out with all sorts of information...

Let me know if you have any problems.

Cheers.

The code worked. Thank you.
You're right, forums are a great idea. Especially when your problem gets solved quickly, most of the time by people you never met and probably will never meet in your entire life.
Humanity does have a chance after all

All the best to you,

Hey Bonus

Ahhhh nah I tried it and didn't work, dont know if I'm doing it right. It's a tuner list radio which has the LCD displaying numbers and time etc on the dashboard and on the unit itself I use the cd track skip arrows to insert the desired digits but when I put the last digit as in the code you gave me it flashes the last number. Is there another button to press to enter or should it just decode after entering the last digit?

Hope it makes sense and explains my dilemma.

@Mr M

Your radio display is on dashboard. In which case your code is entered using steering wheel remote controls.
Instructions for this as follows.

STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS

Switch Radio On - Display Shows 'CODE' quickly followed by
" 0000 " with the 1st digit flashing
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For FIRST Correct Digit
Press " " On The Stalk Control To Enter
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For SECOND Correct Digit
Press " " On The Stalk Control To Enter
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For THIRD Correct Digit
Press " " On The Stalk Control To Enter
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For FOURTH Correct Digit

If the correct code number is now shown on the display
Press And Hold " " Until A Beep Is Heard (typically 3 seconds)
