System:
2 15" kicker cvx wired at 4 ohms
1 5.0 farad Pyle capacitor
1 1600w hifonics brutus monoblock class d Amp
in a stock 2002 buick rendezvous.

I turned up the bass knob for about 2 minutes and the bass cuts off.. So i restart the car and my cap has a steady beep amp lights come on and the power light looks like its barely on. and my cap has a steady reading of 8.4 before it cuts off... What could be the problem?

If i missed any details let me know ill try to tell you guy to the best of my knowledge

could be a loose cable, like a ground wire, or your battery could be damaged. have the battery tested under load at an AutoZone (free) and check all the wiring for secure points of contact.
also make sure the amplifier's gain isn't turned all the way up.

were those readings taken with teh audio system in use, or turned off?

If that's while in use, you need to upgrade the alternator, perhaps the "big 3" and wiring to teh amplifier(s) depending on the wire gauge used. No way around these things. You can't expect to draw 160+ Amperes from a stock electrical system.
The cheap alternative is to buy a much smaller amplifier and downgrade the system.
