I got this off a guy from ca.com
efx fuse holder, which if i remember correctly is sosche
just a really basic fuse holder. it is built sturdy and should do the job that it is intended. it is used so it just needs some cleaning up.
he sent it with just a little over a foot of streetwires 4ga with ring terminals on each end. not bad for $8 shipped

installation pictures in the next couple of days

to me after a while all those wiring pieces look the same since i suspect a big factory is making a bunch of them & companies just slapping their brand name on it ...

Yea, that 'post style' ANL holder is pretty common.

We don't even keep that style in stock here at the shop anymore though (other than the ones that come in our 4ga amp kits).

I like to use the direct connect style ANL holders. You don't have to crimp or solder 2 extra ring terminals with those...I hate having to waste ring terminals on those post style terminals. When I use them it just makes me waste the time to fire up my butane torch and solder they dam terminals, then wait for them to cool before I can mess w/ them

We sell the direct screw down style for like $10.

Wow...I just looked around online and our in-store prices are like half of online pricing for similar fuse holders....dam...I guess we need to change out pricing structure, lol.

Anyways, this is the style we stock and sell for $9.95+tax...so like $11 out the door.

That fuse holder you have will work fine, and $8 shipped (after looking at other fuse holders online) is a good price.

Sorry man, no online sales.

We carry non-online sale brands for a VERY GOOD REASON!!!
***cough*** DD....Arc ***cough***

It just amazes me that even our prices on equal or better quality equipment...people still b1tch about prices. They won't buy a DD512, but for pretty much the same price (on the shelf), but they will buy Keeker cumpititshun subs like crazy.

I get hassled about the price on our $39.95+tax 8ga kit all day everyday. (18ft RCA w/ drain wire, fuse holder, fuse, 20ft of 16ga wire, 18ft 8ga, 3ft ground, terminals, firewall bushing...etc) Hell, 80% of the time I end up eating the tax on that kit...so it ends up as $36.37+9.99%tax....$40 out the door.

Then they go to a civic center sale and get a $30 '4ga kit' w/ terminals that you can bend w/ your hand and wire that is smaller than our 8ga. And come back to wonder why I WILL NOT install their 1000wrms amp with their '4ga kit'.

This area just needs to grow up and LEARN.

....sorry for the thread jack Kyle....

old style fi ssd with copper coil for the sub. i already have it.
box will be 2.5 ported at 33 hz with one 6" aero
aq 1200d at 2ohm for the sub
the small sony 4channel that i have now will be bridged to run the front stage. its stable bridged at 4 ohms and an overrated 130wrms each channel. it will power CDT Audio Classic 6.5" component set
and shok 4 ga throughout.

i will be ordering the aq and the shok in the near future. with the front speakers to be bought last.

thats nicer then what i gave my g/f then she recked her car 3 days later and totaled it.

also if thats good OFC 8ga wirekit i would give you 40+tax all day long for that. got a 8ga kit for my g/f's setup it was 50 with tax for OFC and the whole kit.

Shops around here are expensive on equipment and accessories. I'm sure that same fuse holder here would go for around $20 easy.
