Port War: A war taking place on a coast or shore containing one or more harbors where ships can dock.

Legal: A Sound Pressure Level reading which is taken using official SPL measuring equipment (i.e. Termlab) taken from a specific location inside a vehicle's quarter panels.

PortWars is a class in USACi SPL competition.
You are allowed to place the meter inside your boxes port.

Legal....is usually refered to as having the meter 4" up from the dash, 12" over from the right a-pillar, positioned 1" from the windshield. Also, doors and windows must be closed. (AKA, dBDrag style metering)

There are alot of SPL organizations out there. They offer different classing structures based on they way "they think" it should be done.
