Pulled the serial number off the radio, now looking for code. Any help would be appreciated.

That's all I have it is a alpine amp e39 radio is just flat black has audio, telephone, buttons. Everything lights up, just no sound. Replaced the amp,but took a look at battery and it looks brand new/sO thinking the code needs reset.
