Thanks for your fast answer. As it happens almost never and I haven't been the luckiest man these day, THE CODE DOESN'T WORK.
Funny thing is that I had this code written with a permanent marker on the top of the CD Player and already tried it. But tried it again after you told me.
I contacted the Renault dealer in my town and they provided me with 2 codes: 1. the first one was 4688 - IT DIDN'T WORK! 2. the second one (guess!) was 2061, didn't try it again as I already did that 2 times.
I went to their garage, they tried everything and couldn't figure it out. They told me that some pieces inside might have been changed, but that sounds like a cheap excuse.
Have you got a display.? cause if not when entering i think your find it will go 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 so to enter 2061 press button 1 x3 press button 2 x1 press button 3 x7 press button 4 x2 press button 6 OR 5 to store. for 10 seconds
have you got steering controls if so try IF YOU DONT HAVE KEY THEN PUSH THUMBWHEEL IN AND SOME HAVE {A} KEY
Turn on the radio and the display will show 'CODE' Use the steering controls for code entry. Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct first digit Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct second digit Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct third digit Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct fourth digit If the correct code is now shown on screen, press and HOLD }the [ ] button for up to 10 seconds to store the code
