i'm getting 2 fi audio q15' sand was wondering what amp to get with it. first of all both subs will run 1,200 to 1,500 watts because they're have cooling. so i looked and researched the audioque aq2200d amplifier and it looked like a good amp for a good price. if you have any other suggestions please throw them out also i am looking for under $500. One last thing should i get the subs in 1 ohms or 2 ohms?

the coil configuration will depend on the amp(s) you choose.
look at sundown audio and RD audio for amplifiers.

If you plan to run at a 2 ohm load, get dual 2 ohm. If at 1 ohm, get dual 1 ohms. The AQ2200D will work for a 1 ohm load but the Sundown and RD would be upgrades as Glasswolf recommended. They're worth the extra if you have it to spare.
