Wiring in parallel outside box

i already have two svc 4 ohm subs in separate boxes and was wondering if i could wire them in parallel outside the box on the terminal pass throughs instead of inside on the box. is this possible? will it produce a 2 ohm load still?

You can run speaker wire around the block, through your house, and back.... still 2ohm load... althought i dont recommend it
