can some one please tell me how to get the 0 0 0 0 back on the display for the radio code ? renault clio , all i have is it displaying code and just beeps when any button pressed. please heli need try my new code thanks to hey88, cheers , wicked site.
richy note the radio does not lockout after a wrong code entry it only doubles the time to wait before the next retry...if a wrong code is entered it will display error then after the delay should display "0000")
IF YOU DONT HAVE KEY THEN PUSH THUMBWHEEL IN AND SOME HAVE {A} KEY
Turn on the radio and the display will show 'CODE' Use the steering controls for code entry. Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct first digit Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct second digit Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct third digit Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct fourth digit If the correct code is now shown on screen, press and hold the [ ] button for up to 10 seconds to store the code
FOR NO STEERING CONTROL press the first preset button for the 1st digit, second button for the 2nd digit third button for 3rd digit forth button for 4th digit then press buttons 6 OR 5 to store. for 10 seconds

yes leave the radio on DONT touch any buttons untill reset cause if you do it starts from the begin. the longest i have known in a renault is 1hour and2mins .
still waiting for the code display to goto zeros ? any ideas ? just wait ? tried leaving the ignition key in now. i looked at the radio after i left it on and when i went back to look it wasoff ? turned it back on and still code message ?
