alex post the numbers/letters from below the main barcode something like 7700xxxxxxtt123 or the security code like Q123 can be found in a small box then i may be able to help you
alex they are too small holes each side of the radio put a very small screwdrive into the hole and push outwards sideways and pull radio forward carefully.
