Hi, Friend of mine gave me his old Kenwood KDC-5080r car-radio. I don't know from what car is it. He said that the code is 0827, but somehow this code won't work. Can you help me?
Serial number on the bottom is KE0643M0707309.

Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

Chevy do not make radios but affix their badge onto radios made by the well-known manufacturers The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard . Then please quote the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.
