RCA Cable not working

I tried taking out the RCA's and plugging them into different channels on my amp and one of them isn't working. I can get both speakers to work with the one RCA but not the other. Any suggestions? The RL RCA is the one that wouldn't work. I think that particular RCA is out. How could I know for sure?
