What are some of the best things to do to a box to create maximum efficiency? I've heard of polyfil, resin, etc. I make mostly ported boxes. Just wondering some ways to boost output.

what do u mean by 'efficiency'?

just loud? like an spl/burp box? or a great daily box that plays everything?

design, air flow, cabin resonanse, and many other factors contribute to overall performance

More of a daily box. I've heard different opinions on how mdf is porous and should be sealed etc.

resin can improve the box but only if done right

Theres other ways but im not allowed to say but even to use them you need a spl meter to test results to see what helps and hurts. I know one trick that can give you an extra 1 db + but you still need the meter

Another big one I can share is getting your box rise down but that requires building another box after your first one after you measure the rise and its too high...the lower your rise the more power gets to your sub(s)
