I just got a used kenwood cd changer. When it arrived, the magazine was in it and there appear to be about 4 trays out of the magazine in the changer that prevent me from ejecting the magazine. Whats the best way to get the magazine out? The receiver I got with it has not been operating properly either. It has a cable to connect directly to the changer. When I connected them, it made noises like it was trying to find a cd, then I tried unsuccessfully to eject the magazine. The receiver only shows negative volume numbers and the cassette mechanism will not engage when I push a cassette in. I get beeping noises through the speakers from the unit when I press certain buttons, but no sound. Anyone feel like they could be of some help with any of these questions?
