man i'm burned out. purchased a motor city reman maxx high output alt. july of 08. i seriously thought my stereo had permanently rattled something loose in my grill (at high volume something in there makes noise) so i didnt think anything of it. well this noise never went away so i did some looking. put my hand on the alternator case while its running and daaaaamn theres some nasty vibration there. what really pisses me off is i just had the timing belt/water pump changed 3 weeks ago...i guess that woulda been too easy. now i gotta take it off and send it back and be without a vehicle for a good 10 days i bet. DAMMIT
