I'm wanting a new way to hook my laptop up to my stock stereo and am interested in an inline FM modulator. Are these things worth their money? I know that it will not be as good as an aux input but I do not want to upgrade my factory HU. BTW, my HU has no CD changer input or any of those other goodies on some factory stereos.
it'll get the job done. you'll just be restricted to the frequency response of your FM tuner, which is inferior to CD or even tape. If the system is all factory though, that won't matter much.
