ported box 2 cubes at 32 hz too low ? its going into the trunk of a new charger. the trunk is sealed from the cabin. i dont know how the cabin gain will effect the tuning but i want to hit every note, tune higher like 35 or 40?or is 32 good.

Why would you want to tune that low?

Just cause you heard/had a sub ina box tuned to 32hz and it sounded good doesnt mean every sub will sound good at 32hz.

Yep, I did. I liked it alot too, compared to my 35Hz tuning but it depends on what you like. You will lose out in higher frequencies.

i dont want to tune higher and go to play a lower note and my sub bottom out. and domenico, this has nothing to do with another system i heard, every system has to built for the car which is why i asked about cabin gain being a factor, not "my friend has a box tuned to 32 and i wanna be just a loud a him." i know a lil more then my post count might make you assume.

If you dont make the box too big and dont overpower it a lot you wont bottom out
