I was wondering if some one could please help, my battery went flat in the recent cold and I now need a code for my stereo as I disconnected the battery to fit a new one, the info I have is this

It is a renualt clio and the headset is a Tuner List tape player.
I was woendering if you was able to helpme as well, i have had to remove my tuner list tape player from my 04 plate renault scenic due to having to access the heater resistor pack under the dash ( which is a pain i might add) and now the tapeplayer is asking for a code.
