How do you know if a speaker is blown or not? and if so can it be repaired?

ummm it will make a stadic sound when playing so if it dose that it blown and no if it blew its gone for good

Actually a fully blown speaker will not make any noise whatsoever. A half blown woofer or sub will make sound that is quiet and almost appear as if the music has a rattle and will sound like it is slower than normal.
