I have an amp that puts out 150watts and a sub that runs at 250watts RMS. Will the sub be too under powered or will it be ok?

The amp is a Dual XPA2100 and the sub is a Pioneer TS-W303R.

Well that amp is rated for 150watts @ 4ohms and in all honesty that rating could even be overrated, especially since dual is on the same level as pyramid, the pioneer is basically an entrance level sub that might be able to run with lower levels but i wouldnt try it with the amp you have.
