Okay so... Anyone know how a 12w6v2 would sound in a ported box made for a 12w7 40hz.
like... am i going to get the same output hz and quality or will it greatly affected? reason i ask is because a guy is selling a custom box for w7, sounds really nice. But i am confused as to whether it will sound the same with my w6v2.
w6v2 has less air displacement and less excursion geared more towards sq than spl, if your looking to get more spl from your w6 you might get it with the w7 box but your better off going with the w6 ported box than the w7 box there might be too much air in the w7 box
