I have a Targa 500 watt amp. I got it for $25 at a pawn shop. It pushes two jl 10s pretty nice, but i was just wondering if it is a good amp or not. Just trying to see where i stand in amps.

i've never heard of targa, which probably means it isn't a top of the line amp. my store doesn't even have them in stock. but what i always tell people, "if you're satisfied with its performance, then who cares what brand it is." only thing i'd worry about is durability. if this targa amp was built with a lot of quality, then you should be proud to be one of the few who owns one, especially after buying it for only $25.
