You could go with a couple 18" subs, one big nasty amp and probably get better quality, sound and efficiency.

the difference between 2 and 4 ohm voice coils are the different wiring possibilities... The amp you decide on will determine what v.c. configuration you will need for optimum performance.

If you are stuck on the L7's, just go w/ the DVC 4ohm version. That way you can get a pair of 2krms amps that are 1ohm stable and that will power the subs fine.

BUT before you buy, what vehicle do you have?

You are going to want a minimal of 16cuft for those 4-15's

^yup thats minimal since kicker rec some big azz boxes for their subs

6cuft + sub & port displacement = 1 big azz box ....

oscar, im not downin you in any way but you dont seem to know too much about car audio.

im no subwoofer guru myself, ask anyone here.

but 4 15" L7s is an 8000 watt system. no car's stock electrical will hold up. and im assuming you havent put thought into having to do any more batteries, a High Output alternator, 0ga wiring, etc.

also, L7s are NOT the best subs. they do get loud, but not the best SQ. if you can get a nice box made JUST FOR THEM as well as one thats just for YOUR car, it would be a nice setup with just 2.

if your not planning on doing electrical work dont go over 1500-1700 rms unless u have a large suv or truck with a good alt?

how much room do u have to work with?

dont buy 4 channels for your subs (please)

you need to give more info(also we could get u a stereo bumping that is more efficant requires less room and has less impact on your wallet)

if u have listed any of this sorry i didnt read every post
