you also got a sheit number for all the money and time you WASTED.

whatever helps you sleep at night, that last comment tells me that you didn't bother to get projectors. Hopefully you won't blind anyone driving the opposite direction of you and cause them to wreck their vehicle.

D- you're my hero.

Sorry to thread jack, but I'm seriously considering getting a HID kit for my Tahoe, can anyone point me in the direction of everything I need and good brands? Everything is stock at the moment and I've never done any upgrades like this before.

I do a lot of driving in the middle of nowhere and it's very difficult to see with stock lights. I would prefer as little color as possible - just white or a hint of blue. Thanks guys.

best thing to do is a retrofit.. and it can get pricey..

but well worth it.. oem quality > aftermarket

tsx and tl projectors are also nice..

or do a bi-xenon with some fx35s..

you can always color mod by spacing the lens.. or modding the cutoff

Any links? I would like to do it nice, but I would like to keep it on a bit of a budget. I will wait to do it right if need be, but I don't know where to start.

Like for instance, I've been searching retro fitting, but I'm having trouble finding information that is clear/concise. Thanks again.

ddm makes cheap kits.. had group buys on the lgt boards.. a lot of people have issues with the kits.. ballasts always going out

i have a ddm 3k for fogs.. no issues but i have a separate wiring harness and relay

troy.. best thing is to check forums for your car and see if anyone offers it

you can do it yourself.. buy a set of projector headlights and swap out projectors.. or mod your stock lights (if they have cleared lenses)

to do so you'd need to read up on some builds.. you can do it many ways

i did a retro on my oem projectors with fx35 projectors..

its on my cardomain - http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3108799
