Just bought this system along with 4 polks. I'm having trouble setting the crossover, bass focus and eq. Is this normal? The manual is no help-- neither are the guys at CC. Any sites to recomend? What setting would someone recommend for x-cab Ranger?

Try asking the store to install it for you. Usually, it's for free or with minimal fee.
