Alright.. so i dont know if you know.. but i just recently got a 96 s10 standard cab.. and was wondering what type of speakers and what size box i need to fit in it.. I have a pioneer deh-p5100ub hu and an alpine 15" with an alpine mrp-m850 amp. Thanks for your help

ok.. well.. i have another question.. could i just keep the stock speakers for now.. and is this wise to do?

as for the box.. I'll just have a custom one built..

Yea, you can just keep the stock speakers in there for now Jordan. See how they sound with your sub in the car and then decide from there if you want to upgrade to a nice component set for the front.

and if you get a custom box built (we can always still do it) it should be around 3.5-4 cubes tuned to 32hz for a Type R.

alright thanks man.. i cant wait to get my 15..
ha the guy up at the local audio store wanted to buy one of the other s10's we have he said he was gonna wall some 15's in it.. I kinda wanna see him do it..

yeah.. but its gonna be atleast christmas before that happens.. I'll be sure to keep yall posted tho.. and do yall know where i can get a db meter pretty cheap but good..

dual chamber blow through so then if you plan on adding another 15 in the future you can :-) haha
