JL Audio makes a phenominal one. Its the 500/1 they have. Kicker makes a few decent ones there kx1000.1 is 500w RMS x 1. Gives these a listen at a stereo shop if you can. That will be the best way to see which one is best for you.
Of course these aren't the only ones out there, but I like the quality that you get with these two brands. Happy hunting.

if only 500w why getting a kx1000.1(n there no kx 1000.1 but kx1200.1). Kicker is pretty good so i would say go for kx600.1
