Bronze Member Username: Simple_smithLapeer, Michigan United States Post Number: 64 Registered: Dec-08 | Ok my friend is running an Fi BL 15 on stock electrical by means of an audioque 1200d. not really a problem, he's getting some bad voltage drops (from like 14 to 11) and he just got the bright idea to buy another BL 15 and a memphis 1000.1. What is going to break first? He's running 4ga. and i have repeatedly told him he needs a the very least a HO alt and 0ga before he installs the new stuff. he just won't listen. |

I wouldnt put just 4 gauge in the aq and if I had too I would run a short piece of 4 gauge out of a distribution block. The in of the distribution block would allow for larger wire to be used and the 4 gauge out would be very short and all of that would maximize current flow to the amp. |
