In my wifes car i got 2 older L7 10s. I found out yesterday while listening that one was blown. Now im just gonna update the subs (new box,maybe go ported too). The 06S10L7-2 is $189 each and the 06S12L5-2 is $179 each. My question is since im replacing the box anyway should i go with the cheaper 12" or just stick with the L7 10? Any help would be great, thanks
Honestly im realy not sure if its blown. When i push down on the sub it doesnt make a cracking noise,but at high volumes in makes a poping sound. Now theres only 800 watts going to them,so its under powered acually. There in a kind of shitty box. Could that be my problem maybe?
