Renault Clio Radio Code - HELP PLEASE :-)

Can anybody help me, battery died in renault clio and now radio doesn't work and asking for a 4 digit code. I have no idea how to get this, what it is or anything! I always been pretty useless when it comes to anything regarding my car... Can anybody help?!
