I have a Viper 500+ from Aug 1998. At the DEI site, for the 500+ remotes, there's a single replacement part no., 493C, but two date codes, as following (model, system part #, date code): 500+ 437V 3L-5K 500+ 437V 5L-7E
Do those date codes come into play if the other part numbers are the same? Thanks.
