I just became an Atomic Dealer about 3 days ago. I havnt even put in an order yet. What is your favorite speaker from atomic and why?. Also if you have any questions about atomic or if you are near 42071 I can cut you a deal. I am looking for someone with an SUV to sponsor for a demo vehicle.

have worked with 3 models

12" quantum - amazingly loud for just a 500wrms sub & it can easily handle double power , sq is decent

12" ELE - VERY high Fs & mainly id rec it for spl use , can be used for music but u have to tune mid to upper 40s to get it to play ...sq on it as u wud expect it isnt suited if u want quality lows ...gets pretty loud too

15" APXX - can strain ur back working with these & they r LOUD - duh ! .... dont rec tuning below 40hz since they r mainly designed for spl

my impression of atomic - built tough for LOUD ...

I've only owned one Atomic sub; it was an apocalypse that I bought used for $160. I felt the need for a recone so after a little wall socket fun I threw some fresh parts in.

I tested it out afterwards, and for 1 sub it bumps like crazy. The only thing I best compare it to is one of my first gen Havocs. I would say the AP gets a good bit louder while the Havoc sounded better in a few different aspects. But overall I thought it was a great sub and wish I had 4 of em
