ok well im new to the forum so i need a little advice i plan on upgrading my system this summer after i work a lil to make some money lol....anyway right now i have 2 15inch American Bass DX runnin of an American Bass 1080 watt amp....the system bangs but the subs really dont flex that much which makes me thing im underpowering them when people have said jus get new subs....what do u guys think??
biggest question would be are you happy with your subs?
if you are, then why change? don't buy stuff just to impress others, that's a bitc_h thing to do. if you're happy with both the output and the way they sound, then keep them.
provided u have a good box & the system is tuned correctly IMO there is only so much performance u can get off 1000wrms so if u want more loud u will have to upgrade both the amp & subs ...
