2000 cadillac catera aftermarket h/u install

i wanna install a aftermarket h/u in a 2000 cadillac catera it has the bose system.i was wondering if i will need a special wire because i think the car has a factory amp.Does anyone know if it has a factory amp and if i will need a special wire for it
