ok guys so right now i have 2 12" alpine type e's and they sound pretty good but i got a deal one of my no brain friends bought them off me for 200 bucks.... but anyways im looking for a system that will beat the he!! out of them e's i was thinkin 2 12" rockford p3's any other suggestions my budget is $500 for sub or subs, amp, and box

can't go wrong with a pair of SE 12s on an AQ 1200d for your budget.. and be buying new

PROBOX makes a good sealed box that will fit under the rear seats.. Solid enclosure if you don't mind going sealed. The onlt problem is mounting depth. CVR's will fit, but barely.Whatever the mounting depth is on the CVRs is, is the max that will fit. ~6 5/8in. or so( 12" subs)

Yeah 2 RE SE's will be better than one SX, the SE model drops lower than the sx, go with two and make a 5cu ft box for them

If you want loud go after a audioque hdc daul 2 ohm coil 12 and a audioque 1200.1.

the audioque 15 will take more box than the 12. Are you sure you have the room for up to 4 cf net?

if you do the 12 on the 1200 youll be up to as much as the mid 140 dbs.

yes i have room either way it will be 4cf becouse im either running a single 15 or 2 12's

A box 4 cf gross will be around 3.40 cf net after the port not including the sub. Id go with a single hdc 12.

The right box size is more important for output than anything and that 15 would be in a box too small for it.

Loudest in your vehicle would be the audioque hdc 12.

ok and what kind of box should i put it in i want deep bass lound and sound great all at the same time and remember the sub is gonna be right behind me in my truck too... and what cf should i make the box?
