We had to make some adjustments to the six 12" box we are putting in

the tahoe so i decided to build two 2009 HW v.2 with dual .7 ohm coils 65mm tall and run two of them in the tahoe until we add dividers in the 6- 12" box.

At the Amp the final impedance is .7 ohms , we have TWO D9's on that load so .35 EACH AMP. I thought we would have to wire them up because the amplifiers would go into protect. WAS I WRONG! lol

We have two Mechman alts hooked up sending 15.4 VOLTS to the amp, and seven Srurikein bt120's in the back.

So we go two D9's @ 15.4 on seven Batteries + one in the front, Running ONLY two HW 15".

I have seen so much on how a 3" Voice coil subwoofer CAN NOT handle over 3000 RMS or many companies have said.

Well D9's @ 0.35 ohm @ 15.4 volts = well more than 3,000 well more than 4,000 prob more than 5,000 pretty easy.

So i will make a couple videos showing the impedance, flex, and some numbers today and tomarrow.

Oh last think is the box is tuned to 32HZ and peaks in the Tahoe @ 40-41hz.

Good stuff, Steve.

I ran one of my 1750.1 @ .35 daily, and the person that bought my old setup is too.

BTW, Did you ever get that 1750?
