I am running a Crossfire 2 channel 400W amp with 4 gauge power wire and 8 guage ground. Hooked up to this i have 2 sound stream 400w 12' Subs in an air proof box. My problem is when i run both subs at once it does hit as hard as just one alone and when i run the two at once the amp keeps losing and regaining power, shutting off for a phew seconds and running for a phew seconds on and off. How can i fix this problem ?And what is the problem.

Sounds like one of your speakers is hooked up backwards...

u need a 4 guage groung if u have a 4 guage power wire ....
