Starting to do some suede..

most the pieces are out that need to be finished.. the rest of the c-pillars need to be stitched so ima have to find a place to do it

heres a start... headliner will be last most likely along with the seats.. door pods will be done in black.. basically everything off white turned into platinum suede and the black well black lol.. work in progress

idk about on curved surfaces, but on mdf, suede like almost doesnt even need glue (tiny exaggeration, still needs glue), jus stretch it over the wood and it just sticks. i love it

kev, those look so sick, i love when people put so much time and effort into making the smallest details look perfect. the untrained eye would assume that was stock and thats my favortie look. props, man

the suede is fairly easy to work with.. its got the backing so its pretty thick and will cover imperfections.. stretch is ok..

now i just need to price the headliner to get done.. looks like that would be a pita to not get a wrinkle in.. that and paint the pieces that could not get wrapped on the b-pillar.. the contrasts in white is bad eee

^^^exacttly what i was thinking.

i would pay $$$ to have my car look that clean and stock looking.
