Hey i got a power acustic 5500 class D, and i need some good subs that will handle the power any suggestions? reply with a cost friendly answer, cuz im workin with around 400$. A good set of 12's that hit real hard and will last without burnin the coils out.
IIRC...That amp is capable of producing ~2800-3100wrms @ 1ohm. You need to be looking at upgrading your electrical system to support that much current draw (300-350a). Batts and an alt will likely be needed.
To use that amp correctly, you are looking at ALOT more than $400.
