Just looking some advice as I've scoured the web and can't find the answer to this one!
What I need to know is: if I buy a new head unit (eg Pioneer FH-P800BT, a model we don't have in Australia) from an online retailer in the USA and have it installed here, will it work?
I have read somewhere that the only difference is the compatibility with the AM radio band. If this is the only problem area it's not an issue because I don't listen to AM. Can anyone confirm this?
Head units are much cheaper in the US than in Australia and there are many more models to choose from so I'd like to use this option if possible.
Any advice you can provide is greatly appreciated!
