well end of day two i have a pinched nerve or bad disc in my back so its too painful to work i have a fun doc appt tomorrow but got the last 3 cuts made today and laid one of them on there to give you an idea of where its at. Tomorrow i will do the cut out for the sub and mount two of the last three pieces, and if time allows begin bracing.

FINALLY DONE!!!!! got it in my truck bigger box and lower tuning it slams the lows. Sq is vastly improved i did notice a 2 db loss testing to the same songs i used b4 but all of the spl is blocked by the seats....... so who knows the sq improvement makes it all worth it. Trim plates soon to come....

and those are 6" aero's? I thought the rule was to have 6" or however big the dimaeter of the aero was, off the back wall.

lost about 3dbs or so but i also lowered the tuning a lot and thats with all of the sound pressure being blocked by bench seating. i built this as more as and sql setup rather than higher numbers sounding like crap like my last box
